In March check out the Festival de la Micareme celebrated in St. Joseph du Moine and Cheticamp. This unique festival has been celebrated for over 200 years in the area.

During the summer months there are many festivals around the Cabot Trail from Festival de L'Escaouette which runs from July 1st to late August and features Theatre, and live music in Cheticamp. Belle Cote Days during the last week of July in Belle Cote, Margaree Days during the first week of August, Aviation days in Baddeck and the list goes on.
