The Cabot Trail is a 300 kilometre seafood trail.
Fresh seafood especially fresh lobster and crab, are the highlight of a visitor experience for dining on the Cabot Trail. Oysters and mussels are also grown locally at the Top of the Island. An added bonus is the musical talent during meals many restaurants feature to Cape Breton fiddlers or folk musicians. Restaurants range from pub style to formal dining establishments. Fine dining is at its best with Taste of Nova Scotia recognized restaurants.
