North Bay BeachBeaches 

The Park is home to a variety of superb beaches. Choose between salt or freshwater, or enjoy both at the same place!
• The Ingonish Beach Day Use Area
• The North Bay Day Use Area
• Black Brook Beach
• Warren Lake Beach
• La Bloc Beach

Ingonish Beach and Day Use AreaIngonish Beach Day Use Area
This is the only beach in the park featuring both fresh and saltwater swimming – a sandy ocean beach and a freshwater lake.
Services include: Washrooms and change houses, playground, picnic area, tennis courts and a canteen during July and August. Surf guards are on duty at both saltwater and freshwater beaches during July and August.

North Bay Day Use Area   - A long, sandy ocean beach.
Services include: Washrooms and change rooms at North Bay Operations Office and picnic area. No surf guards on duty.

Black Brook Beach   - A smaller ocean beach.
Black Brook Beach and Day Use AreaServices include: Washrooms, change rooms, kitchen shelter, playground and picnic area. No surf guards on duty.

Warren Lake Beach  - A secluded lake beach
Services include: Pit privies and picnic area. No surf guards on duty.

La Bloc - The ocean beach on the western side of the park.
Services include: Pit privies and picnic area. No surf guards on duty.

Picnic Areas
There are a wide variety of picnic areas scattered throughout the Park. You can enjoy a peaceful lunch by a waterfall deep in the forest or savour the sound of the surf crashing against the rocks and smell the salty air as you dine by the ocean.
